Move over, there is a new burger in town! Highland beef is lean and more flavorful than any beef you can buy at the store. Wonderful for chili, tacos and spaghetti but especially all on its own.
Ground beef is very versatile. Pre-heat some oil in a pan until it’s nice and hot. Add the meat to hot pan and use a stiff spatula to break down the meat. Let meat cook for 7-10 minutes. Because of the low fat content, burgers are great cooked medium to medium rare with a little spice to add to the unique taste.
